    1959-1964 IMPALA 2 PIECE DRIVE SHAFT - Only up to 450 H/P

    These drivelines feature quality 2" tubing, a new transmission yoke, billet polyurethane carrier bearing, telescopic rear shaft and also come with maintenance free ujoints. These are good up to 450 H/P.

     

    As always, our drivelines are shipped completely assembled and balanced, ready to install!

     

    We offer drivelines for Impala's with the following transmissions and specifications:

     

    Short-Tail T-350: 24-1/2"

    Long-Tail T-350: 21-5/8"

    700R4: 21-5/8"

    4L60E: Must provide measurement

     Slip-Style T-400: 24" 

    4L80E: Must provide measurement 

    4 Speed 27 Spline : 24-1/2"

    4 speed 32 Spline: 24"

    16 Spline Powerglide: 27"

     

    The measurements above are from the Seal of the transmission, to the center of the carrier bearing, or "A" (see picture for reference). You do not need to measure for "B" if you have the stock rear end.

      Great job building the t350 short tail drive shaft. Installed on my 1964 Chevy Impala 350 small block. The slip yoke makes a big difference. Great buy.

      This driveshaft fit absolutely perfect! The billet carrier bearring is really nice too, the car actually feels better than it ever has. It's a bit pricey but you definitely get a quality product that is well worth the money.

      The fit was perfect! This mounted right up to my Ford 9" rear end and the 700R4 transmission in my 1963 Impala SS.
